MARSREF is a supplier of clay insulating bricks, also know as Insulating fireclay refractory bricks. It uses refractory clay with an Al2O3 content of 30%-45% as raw material. The crushed mixed clay and ground clinker are ground and mixed, and then mixed with granular clinker to make medium-dry mud, then formed under high pressure and fired at 1200℃-1400℃. The bulk density is between 0.5 and 1.3g/cm3.
Clay Insulating Brick is mainly used in the insulation layer of various high-temperature industrial furnaces in the steel industry, cement industry, glass industry, petrochemical industry, electric power industry, etc.
